What do I do if I have a problem?
As a school we try our very best to ensure that everyone linked to the school community is happy with the service we provide. As a school we also pride ourselves on being open, honest and good at listening to all stakeholders in the organisation.
If you have a problem with anything relating to the school, please contact us right away. We would much rather any issues that are concerning you be brought to our attention so that we can attempt to resolve the situation.
If you are still unsatisfied following contact with us, then there is a complaints procedure which you can follow which is set out in our Complaints Policy.
