School dinners are prepared freshly onsite by our cook, Mrs White and her catering team. Catering is provided by Swansea's School Catering Services.

School dinners cost £11 a week and should be paid for in advance on a Monday. Dinner money should come into school in an envelope which clearly states on the front your child's name, what the money is for and the amount inside. Please hand the envelope containing dinner money into class rather than the school office.
We accept payment by cash or cheque. Cheques should be made payable to ST THOMAS COMMUNITY PRIMARY SCHOOL. Please ensure that your child's name is written on the back of the cheque.
Alternatively, your child is able to bring a packed lunch should you and your child choose for them not to have school dinners. The school however has a duty, as set out in the Healthy Eating in Schools (Wales) Measure, 2009, to promote and encourage healthy eating and drinking. We therefore encourage you to think carefully about your child's lunchbox and consider healthy options for the benefit of your child's health. If you require any support or guidance in ensuring your child's lunch is a healthy option, please feel free to contact us.
If you would like more information about school dinners, please contact Mrs Alban in the school office.
