Children nominated for demonstrating positive values were:- Afreen Uddin, Elys Martin, Luke Smith, Ashton Hughes, Imogen Metcalfe, Dan Evans, Aimee Jones, Olivia Bellis-Williams, Simona Devanakis, Lola Walsh, Charlie George, Lily Campion and Ruby Thiomas.  Well done everybody - we are proud of your efforts!

The children in Years 2 - 6 finished their National Tests this week.  Their attitude has been exemplary.  They have tried their best but not been fazed by them.

The R.S.P.B. held workshops with all the Foundation Phase children this week.  Activities included bird watching and building home for nature.  The R.S.P.B. providers were impressed by the knowledge and enthusiasm of all the children, who participated with great gusto.

Year 5 enjoyed a V.E. party yesterday afternoon to celebrate the end of their Topic on the 'Blitz'.  The boys and girls enjoyed making the food (and eating it!) and dressed up very authentically in 1940's attire.  They have enjoyed this topic very much.

Have a lovely weekend.
