Many pupils in year 7 came and helped Amnesty Youth Group to create Christmas tea light decorations to help raise money for Solar aid on Friday 9th December. They raised £62 which can help to purchase 20 solar lights, help 87 people and give pupils of the same age over 20,000 hours of extra learning time across the world.

As a school we have carried out a Christmas collection for Oranges and Lemons, a local charity who have been aiming to help 40 local families to have a Christmas this year. Items collected included food for Christmas hampers and presents for boys and girls of various ages. The collection was very fruitful and Oranges and Lemons were blown over by the generosity of our pupils.
